Please keep the following in mind as you move through the process of enrolling your child at KHMC.

1. You are welcome and encouraged to observe one of our Montessori classes beginning in October and through March. Please call 513-631-8135.

2. An applicaiton and parent and child questionnaire is mailed, to be completed and returned to KHMC at 6065 Red Bank Rd. Cincinnati, Ohio 45213.

3. Parents are invited to an informational Open House in February.

4. The 30 minute Parent/Child Interview is an opportunity for you to ask questions about KHMC, and for KHMC staff to ask questions about your goals and expectations for your child.

5. All children accepted into our program must reach their third birthday before the first day they begin attending any of our programs.

6. All children accepted into our program must be completely toilet trained before the first day of school.

7. Children who reach their fifth or sixth birthday on or before September 30 of the School Term for which they want to enroll, must have at least one year of Montessori experience to be admitted to our Kindergarten program for that School Term.

8. KHMC maintains a waiting list of children not accepted, but whose parents have participated in all the procedures outlined above, and are of appropriate age for the upcoming School Term. The waiting list does not carry over from year to year.

9. You will receive a letter of acceptance or a letter officially putting your child on the waiting list in mid-April. If you fully participated in the Enrollment process outlined above, but have not heard from KHMC by mid-April, please contact the office at 513-631-8135.
